Quality policy

In our bid to transcend excellent services, Transgreen Nigeria Limited is fully dedicated to manufacturing medical consumables that meets global standards and the needs of our customers within the framework of International Organization for Standardization (ISO) guidelines for quality management system.

Ordering and payment terms

All orders for Transgreen Nigeria Limited’s products are to be placed through our registered distributors or in person at our Head office with our customer care service. Customers can also place orders online from the comfort of their mobile devices. Payment for orders also should be made into ONLY designated bank accounts of the company. Transgreen Nigeria Limited would not be held liable for orders and payments placed/made through unapproved channels.

Warranty policy

Products delivered to our customers are guaranteed to be free from process related and other material defect. Customer should kindly confirmed goods delivered to them are in good conditions. Complaints on Jobs that fall below our quality standard will only be received for orders delivered within two weeks.

Delivery policy

Transgreen Nigeria Limited will be responsible for transportation cost of customer’s deliveries above 150 cartons within Lagos State. Customers which deliveries are below 150 cartons of our product (s) or which delivery destination are outside Lagos State will be solely responsible for shipment cost and safety of their goods in transit.
